Happy Body At Work is an evidence-based program designed for sedentary workplaces seeking to improve the energy, resilience and performance of their teams.

Designed by leading physiotherapist Anna-Louise Bouvier, this innovative 8 week, multimedia program focuses on four key lifestyle habits – sitting, moving, stress and sleep. Based on a behavioural change model, participants report positive changes to many aspects of their lives. Driving the program is ABC Commercial, the audience extension arm of the ABC. Happy Body At Work is perfectly aligned with ABC Commercial’s strategic focus to create, innovate, educate and engage audiences. Happy Body At Work participants report increased activity levels, reduced sedentary time, improved sleep patterns, greater energy, fewer aches and pains and increased awareness of stress signals.
